This Privacy Policy describes how HOTTEA ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications.
Camera & Photos: Some of our apps request access to your camera or photo library to provide core functionality (scanning, identification, analysis). Images are processed on-device or sent to our AI service for analysis. We do not store your photos on our servers after processing.
Microphone: Some apps use microphone access for audio-related features (noise measurement, snore tracking, speaker cleaning). Audio data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Health Data: Apps related to health (water intake, posture, skin analysis) store data locally on your device using standard iOS storage. We do not collect or transmit health data to external servers.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our apps. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Some of our apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Some apps use third-party AI services (OpenAI) for image and text analysis. When using these features, relevant data is sent to these services for processing. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.
All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external databases of user information.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
